Workpackages of RISK MAP

In order to address the scientific objectives, work in RISK MAP is structured into four work packages. Work package 1-3 are thematic work packages, which at the same time represent consecutive working phases. These three work packages are further subdivided in seven thematic tasks. To ensure the application and implementation of the research process each of the thematic work packages is grounded in four regional case studies which constitute at the same time work package 4. By a close and continuous cooperation with multiple stakeholders their specific needs will be considered contributing to an enhanced communication among different actors and hence to the overall aim of the creation of more disaster-resilient communities.
